Each one personalised with who it’s for and from and come with the card and wording as shown. It is limited to 4 names on the heart or provide a family name if more than 4 names. 

This will be sent directly to the recipient - if ordering more than one, you’ll need to place seperate orders for each address. 

They wooden heart measures 6cm x 7cm and each come on A6 size card. Please allow 5 business days for your item to be made and sent.
