ORDER TIMEFRAMES
All products are made to order with personalisation. Please allow 5-10 business days for your items to be made, then shipping on top. During peak times, we appreciate your patience as we work through large volumes of orders. If you require your order more urgently, we do have a rush service fee for an additional cost.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive confirmation by the same email address you used when your order was placed.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped via standard Aust Post. If you need your item express posted please ensure you select the express post option.
Most items are shipped via Aust Post and timeframes vary depending where you are located. Once you receive an email advising your item has been shipped, you can expect to receive it 2-10 business days.
Please note once your item has been posted NICD do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. As most items are sent via regular letter mail, tracking is not provided.
