Each come with the writing, (insert name) We're or I'm nuts about you. Just leave the details in the required fields along with the name of the children in the order you want them to appear. Please note its only one name per key tag. There isn't enough room to add multiple names onto the same tag.

Please note you must select the number of children from the dropdown, if you have 3 kids name you select 3. If its just for one child we will put I'm instead or We're. You can also add to these keyring if more children are born down the track.

ORDER TIMEFRAMES
All products are made to order with personalisation. Please allow 5-10 business days for your items to be made, then shipping on top. During peak times, we appreciate your patience as we work through large volumes of orders. If you require your order more urgently, we do have a rush service fee for an additional cost.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive confirmation by the same email address you used when your order was placed.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped via standard Aust Post. If you need your item express posted please ensure you select the express post option.

Most items are shipped via Aust Post and timeframes vary depending where you are located. Once you receive an email advising your item has been shipped, you can expect to receive it 2-10 business days.

Please note once your item has been posted NICD do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. As most items are sent via regular letter mail, tracking is not provided.

If you have received your item in the timeframe outlined above please get in contact with us so we can try and locate the whereabouts.

RETURNS
Please select your products carefully, as we do not accept returns if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice. 

Please keep in mind our products are hand made and minor imperfections may occur.
